  : Staff was great. The size of the rooms is nice and although we had one of the smallest room on the resort we still had a lovely view. All rooms are big with gorgeous views. The setting of the hotel is truly beautiful. If you are looking to relax this is the perfect place. Its quiet, stunning surroundings, beautiful hotel and attentive staff. The private beach was gorgeous and the swim up pool area and lovely too. The mini bars were updated daily with soft drinks which was a really nice touch. There are buggies to take you around the resort if you dont feel or arent able to walk far. This was something we have never experienced before and found it a real bonus and nice touch.
  : Not a great location if you are the type of traveler who likes to venture out and explore. The house keeping staff check on your room several times a day. Whilst this is great service it is a bit disruptive as we were awoken from afternoon naps and often a bit frantic when showering and changing to answer the door, to be honest it out me a bit on edge. I didnt appreciate the fact that most cocktails werent included this wasnt clear when we booked. I can understand a premium for branded alcohol but not for cocktail made with the house alcohol. The same goes for iced coffee. For example a cappuccino was included in the all inclusive but an iced cappuccino was 2,50 I felt a bit let down by that as the only addition is the ice! The food was good quality but it was quite repetitive and there ads not a lot of Greek food it felt very curated for German, French and English. I was looking forward to experiencing more Greek food so this was a bit disappointing. There were two restaurants a la carte but it wasnt clear if these can be included during your stay or if they are extra. In other hotels we have stayed at you usually get one meal there included but there was no info readily available. I like to go to the spa when on holiday but the links provided to the spa provided minimal information on services and treatments.

  : Our stay at Kairaba was lovely, the food was great, the room and facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly, especially Charis, a waiter in the restaurant he always had a smile for everyone, and we feel that's important!! The location within the village was brilliant and gave you the opportunity to stretch your legs wandering down to the beach and to use the facilities at Labranda.
  : Obviously wet weather cannot be helped but safety precautions have to be considered specifically on the porcelain tiles by and leading up to the reception. Walking slowly, I fell and injured myself, there was no signage or antislip mats in the relevant place. Taking into consideration that there were many senior guests, this incident could have been a lot worse. The reception staff also didn't seem concerned when we mentioned the incident informally and actually laughed and pointed at a single mat inside the reception. Not impressed with that at all.Only other element was the lack of beach towels available we asked a number of times for beach towels but they never arrived.

  : It is not all inclusive hotel, it is full board, not the same. It is an adult only hotel that is part of a large complex full of children. Service is not of a 5 star hotel. Hideous beach, terrible location, beds not comfortable.. I absolutely dont recommend this hotel, it is not worth the money.

  : In fact was not all-inclusive, as professed. In reality was full-board, and food options were limited; drinks options even worse!

  : This resort promises paradise! Luxurious premises and furniture, beautiful views, helpful staff, and a nice restaurant (not delicious, not good, just nice).
  : However, our dream quickly turned sour. We picked a Junior Suite with Sharing Pool, looking forward to a peaceful poolside experience. But the reality? Far from peaceful.Our "quiet" pool? Far from it! It was constantly disrupted by our next-door neighbours, who shared the swimming pool with us, blasting Turkish and house music from morning to evening through their speakers. Reading in peace? Forget about it! Relaxing as we had hoped for? Impossible!Desperate for some peace, we called the front desk daily. Their response? A feeble "We tried" and a Its not too loud, right?But did they? They also claimed to have "tried" relocating us, but apparently, the hotel was full. Frustratingly, we had to constantly chase them for even this bit of information. No apologies, no proper explanations!They even said asking our neighbours to lower their music was like telling us to stop speaking. How absurd!Adding to our misery, our room wasnt fit for more than two. The spare beds and sofa were a nightmare to sleep on, leaving us aching and tired. Our deck-chairs? Cushion-less! The solution offered by the staff? You can use the deck chairs at the pool bar instead.We came with high hopes, enticed by the resort's glossy image. Instead, we felt bullied, unimportant, pushed aside and deeply disappointed. The resort might be a dream for some, but for us, it was a failed promise.In essence, many might find their dream vacation here. But if your experience echoes ours, it's a hard pass. Better luck to those who try!

  : To start with the positives: the staff is exceptional! Super friendly, incredibly helpful, and the best thing about this establishment.Second very positive thing: the food. It all tastes delicious!
  : The hotel is advertised as a 5 star (and charges as a 5 star hotel), but sadly is not worth more than 2 or 3.The negatives :Firstly, the hotel suffers from lack of basic cleaning and maintenance. The rooms are not particularly cleaned with attention to detail. For all nights we were there, there were long hairs (pictured) at the same place in our bathroom. Neither of the guests have long hair, and I left them there to see how well they would cleanthe hair was there the whole time.Maintenance: the pools are not cleaned adequately and have a build up of green algae everywhere! The bar at the swim up, bar pool (Mare)is exceptionally dirty with a thick 5cm layer of mosquitoes under the bar, towards the pool. Im surprised no one has seen it. The private pools also have a huge build up of algae as well.The all inclusive drinks are weak, and the selection restricted. Everything is premium. So the all inclusive is not really worth it.There are no fans or anything outside, and NO decent AC in the main areas of the hotel, making it incredibly hot and uncomfortableAll in all, I would not recommend the hotel. At the price point its at, it is not value for money.

  : All inclusive drinks are very unpalatable. Only one extremely cheap option AI on everything. Food is a buffet and repetitive. The gym had 4 dumbbells and some treadmills. Very disappointing. I felt trapped and just didnt enjoy being there. Everything is extra if you want something nice. Totally overpriced and a bit of a con in my opinion. When asked if we could check out earlier and get a refund, they refused.
