  : Very well located. Good base to visit many points of interest in Alsace, such as Colmar, wine route, many typical alsacian villages, and also enjoy some hiking in beautiful region. Quiet location with beautiful surroundings.The apartment itself is well equipped and clean
  : Pity that our apartment did not have a terrace and few windows to enjoy the view and nice weather. Apartment is well equipped but not very cosy.And quite noisy (could hear neighbours both from above and below)

  : The property is a perfect base from which to explore the Alsace region. As others have mentioned, the views over the surrounding vineyards to the mountains are exquisite. There are several excellent restaurants within a few minutes' drive. The house/apartment was clean and tidy and made for a very pleasant stay, notwithstanding the points below.
  : We stayed in 'house' no.6 which is actually more of a two-floor apartment as it is joined to the properties either side. Consequently, there would be no privacy when sitting on the balcony as other occupants would be only a few feet away, (we were fortunate as our September stay meant we were alone). Our main comment concerns the access. The wooden steps (4 short flights) and handrails up to the top of the building are in need of some repair as they are beginning to rot, quite badly at some points. A top step in particular needs replacing. A couple of minor points: No tea towels were provided in the kitchen for drying dishes or removing something hot from the oven. The toiletries provided were also a little miserly - a miniscule bar of soap and two small sachets of shampoo.

  : The location and views are beautiful and the environment is very quiet and pleasant. We were welcomed at the agreed hour by the jovial host, who also saw us off on the day of departure. The beds were comfortable.
  : The furnishing and decoration leaves quite a bit to be desired. Especially the lighting (bare bulbs on the ceiling) did not make for a convivial ambience. The kitchen utensils were old and insufficient. The bathroom needed a shelf for amenities and a toilet paper holder.
