  : Air con. It saved us being 36 degrees the average temperature of our staying. Also it was very soundproofed, there are works all around it but could not hear anything once inside.Lift, very appreciated after an entire day visiting.Shower was lovely.Haven't tried breakfast so not sure, but by the look of it must have been nice enough.Vending machine, very handy. Water bottles look like milk :)Lights switch at the top of the beds, comfy.Overall it wasn't bad, if like me while traveling you're not fussy and if you don't mind a walk - public transport is 15 mins away. And if front of the tram stop there's also an outstanding patisserie with delicious pastries I'm already missing, sigh.
  : It could have been cleaner to be fair.Also towels in a triple, for 3 people actually staying, were always two and never big enough for shower. Had to keep asking for towels.Third bed, the single one at the top, was always messy, they never tidy it up. I understand it must be tricky but maybe find a different solution then, in terms of furniture. Not pleasant.No hand soap neither hairdryer, only shower gel. Very annoying.Lights, missing one at the entrance where the big mirror is. It would be handy having one there plugged. Also sockets, just one in the bathroom and one next to the left side of the double bed, not enough for a triple room!Most staff don't speak English. Fair enough I don't speak French either, but I speak Italian-Spanish-English and currently studying German - can't speak them all! :)

  : First of all the cleaning staffing never took time to clean the room. He will come in and clean and the room will never looked like it was cleaned.the white lady at the reception was so rude and snubbish. Very dirty bedsheets.
