  : From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out the staff were all amazing, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. In a great location with the Metro line 1 taking you straight into Paris and the RER line to Disneyland. The RER will also connect with the line to CDG airport. Parking was 15 Euro a day undercover. Vincennes is a lovely town with excellent fresh food markets and nice restaurants.

  : The location is great. A nice local neighbourhood where we felt very safe, with plenty of shops and transport options nearby. An easy ride on the metro to the Paris sights. The staff at the apartments are really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our room with a balcony to use to sit and enjoy the views.

  : People at the reception are incredible they always welcome you. Basically, it's a Hotel Apartment, you can get a weekly clean free of cost or need to care of yourself or can get a cleaning with a charge. location of the property is good in all means you can find everything near the hotel, restaurant, shopping, Metro. best to stay with family, good for people who want to stay in a peaceful environment, also good for people who carry food containers while they travel as they only want to eat the food of their origin room are fully equipped with kitchen, utensils & everything you need to cook or to eat.
  : There was only one issue this time in Summer & everybody was talking about it, which is cooling in the room, property said there are certain restrictions from the state not to go lower than 26C temperature to save energy. in general, people should be allowed to set the temperature in the room as per their needs but the rest of the property can keep the standards. because you never know how the guest is used to live & what is their comfort level temperature. I am sure the property will take the necessary action to make it comfortable for their guests. for me, 1st night was a bit difficult but the next night my body adjusted to it.

  : The Staff was trying their best, but not always succeeded.
  : The first two days in this hotel were like a nightmare because the weather was very hot in Paris on these days and the air-conditioning was not working at all, so we changed the room, but still, the air-conditioning did not work. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it is air-conditioning, but that was not totally true when we came there.

  : The size of the room and location was convenient
  : The aircon didnt work and we asked multiple times for it to be fixed, we were promised it would be and it was not, and multiple people could not assist they promised a technician would review the aircon and no one came. The weather was above 30 degrees making it difficult to sleep and we had to rely on external people such as family or friends to assist with a temporary fan for the room. The staff were rude and didnt provide high quality customer service. We asked for extra towels and were told we had to pay, they were stingy with toilet paper and tissue despite having two rooms with four people. The room was only attended to once in 8 days, the bins were full and there was no change of bin liners, towels or sheets. On arrival there was hair in the shower and in the shower drain and the toilet was not cleaned properly. All the staff are inexperienced and casual or new staff, customer service was very poor I would never come back here. The breakfast menu is limited and we were being told we would be charged extra, when some of the people in our booking didnt eat from the breakfast menu at all. The gym is very small its the size of a bedroom and has barely anything in it it is not maintained either.
