  : Locatin was excellent, nearbye (walking distance) from all Versailles attractions. Two train stations are near to the apartement, which easy travel to Paris as well. We had no problem to find the parking place on the street, which is free of charge from 19:00 until 09:00. Owner was really helpfull, timely providing all information we were looking for prior to our trip. Bathroom was comfortable as well as the bed. Apartement has also a lovely small terrace in the garden, but our agenda was rather crowded so we didn't used it.
  : Kitchen could use some modernisation, though it had most of the things we've need. Heating cannot be regulated within the apartmenet; this can only be done from the owners apartemnt who lives upstairs. Once we asked to increase the heating temperature, this was immedetly done by owner.

  : Paul-Henri (host) was wonderful. He was responsive to questions and easy to reach as he lives next door. Its clear he has been doing this for while as the place was well set up for 2 people and very comfortable. Location is great, street was quiet, access was easy as its ground floor and on the street side and bed was comfortable (but is low).
  : Street parking is tight (inner city), paid during day and quite limited (but we did get a park each time). Small car would be fine (we had a bigger car). The doorway to the kitchen (also need to go though for bathroom) is low - about 175cm (forehead height for me) so taller people should beware and not rush (I was warned).

  : We enjoyed a really lovely stay in this apartment. Paul-Henri is an excellent host, he was very welcoming even though we arrived late and showed us where to find everything, and although we didnt otherwise see him we were assured that he was available throughout our stay as he lives in the same apartment building. Everything is exactly as it appears in the photos, it was perfectly clean, and we had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment itself is very lovely and feels very Parisian; it has hardwood floors and panelled walls, which makes the whole experience feel much more expensive than it is! We especially enjoyed using the outdoor space, which is quite private and quiet, and definitely something to look forwards to after a day in the city. We saw almost all of Versailles during our stay, and decided that the location of the apartment is the best place you can be in the town; just around the corner is the cathedral, Kings Gardens, and the market, as well as a number of bars, cafes and restaurants. The area feels family friendly and very safe. The location is perfect for visiting the palace, which is around a fifteen minute walk away, or taking the train into the centre of Paris, which takes around twenty minutes. However, if you stay here, you should also take the opportunity to explore the town of Versailles itself, which is very beautiful in its own right, and often seems to be overlooked by the tourists who come to see the palace. We would definitely recommend.
