  : Staff were lovely although it needs some investment. The kitchen is very small so a very limited menu (basically no choice). That said, on my first night it was an outdoor Barbecue dinner which was very tasty. Second night was a fixed menu but again the food was really good. Both served outdoors. Car park is very small so best booking ahead of possible.
  : Room was clean but needs overhauled. Same can be said for the rest of the hotel.

  : The location is brilliant and walking distance to the centre of Vence. The staff were very friendly and helpful with tips on where to visit on the Cote d'Azure.
  : The bedsheets weren't changed daily. The breakfast spread wasn't wide enough

  : It was walking distance to the city center and historical sites.
  : The owner was totally unprofessional and not customer friendly. After the ladies in the front desk had allowed me to temporarily park in the hotel parking lot to disembark my luggage in the lobby and check-in, here comes the hotel owner who tells me right away to move my vehicle because he was worried that I would cause a traffic jam although there were no vehicles coming or leaving. This was totally uncalled for and extremely unprofessional since I had to go park far away. The owner may consider enrolling in a customer service expectation and management program in the near future. Also the carpets in the hallways and the rooms are old and dirty and need to be replaced immediately. The other staff members to include Justine and Muria ( not sure if the proper spelling) were extremely courteous and competent and made up for the owners lack of customer service skills.

  : The rooms was big, however, it had a really bad smell like a cat spent some time in there and used it as a toilet. :( Also, when we arrived dirty cups were left there. We did not feel comfortable to take the shoes off. The breakfast was poor. We were looking forward to leave it asap.

  : The new operators were helpful and friendly. Parking needs to be communicated up front, but they accommodated us well. Breakfast was very good with a variety of options. They was into town was very easy.
