  : We had no phone on the room to contact reception as it was offered, and there was no one in the hotel, we needed to go across the street to the neighbour hotel

  : The hotel is rated at one star on Trip Advisor but it is actually fine, an old fashioned hotel in a medieval building. Our room was small but comfortable and cool enough once we opened the window. The bed was comfortable, the hotel is very central and the staff were very kind. We left our bags in the hotel so that we could wander around before check in and after check out.
  : The heat inexplicably came on in the evening when it was still warm out. There was a strong smell of cooking but there is a restaurant downstairs so it cant be helped. As its an old building there was a lot of noise of people coming and going and rubbish being emptied from the restaurant. The bathroom has a see through sliding door which was disconcerting for my daughter and I. As we are gluten free we had to bring our own bread for breakfast, not realising the paid for breakfast was mostly bread!

  : The view from the window is super and the wooden decoration of the hotel looks great!
  : Check out time is not good and the cleaning of the bathroom wasn't great. The room doesn't have a closet or wardrobe!
