  : The breakfast was not up to the expectations and was very crowded. The variety of food was not appealing and there were a lot of items missing during our breakfast time and we had to wait for some items to be refilled such as orange juice, eggs and many more. The cleanliness of the restauration area was also not as expected and I had to clean the chair before I sit down because there was a lot of food crumbs before we eat.
  : I was surprised to know that there was no reservations available at the restaurant even if we have reseved a room at the hotel. On the other hand, to access the wellness center and the pool, there was no direct access from the hotel but rather we had to go out and walk in the rain in order to access the pool. It wasn't pleasant to walk in our bathing suits outside in the rain to access the pool.

  : The room was very spacious and comfortable, pool, gym and garden very nice. Maid service every day was excellent. Reception staff were very good and helpful.
  : Service for drinks and in the restaurant was a bit slow. It was a little out of the way for the centre of Tours, but great tram service not far away was great. It would be good to have larger cups for hot drinks in the room and have black tea and milk available.

  : Our room in the Castle was spacious, clean and comfortable with two large flat screen TVs and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and a bath. The WC was separate. The a la carte evening meal was excellent and well presented. The wine list is extensive.A great place to stay when visiting the lovely city of Tours.

  : The restaurant chef and staff were nice and welcoming; however the food was as if taken off a conveyor belt - pretending to be elevated but relatively tasteless.
