  : Restaurant staff other than Ramon were awful as they kept the restaurant open for our late arrival. The good will by keeping it open for us lost due to the staff having a bad attitude as a result

  : Well located on main road and immediately behind the ancient heart of the town. Very well equipped. We had a disability room at rear and it was very quiet. Quality of decor/fittings was good though design/coordination could have done with more thought. The bathroom looked beautiful with real marble tiling and sick new fittings, but the floor flooded when using the shower. Breakfast very good. Very good secure car park across the road (free). Staff very helpful. We ate out in the old town.
  : We couldn't find a switch to turn off the lobby light, in the end we killed the electricity by removing the key card, but then a sensor would turn the light on automatically when we went to the bathroom in the night. Maybe we missed the instructions!

  : The hotel is well located, well maintained and very clean.
  : The room had a “foyer” without a door, there was a bright light in this foyer came on automatically constantly during the night, even if we just moved slightly or our small dog moved around a bit. Consequently we got very little sleep. The hotel had an excellent restaurant the last time we stayed in late 2022 but now there’s a smaller more basic restaurant. When ordering I asked for low salt to r no salt and received a steak so heavily salted it was impossible to eat. A second steak was offered but was unfortunately equally heavily salted. The waiter was not helpful and did not offer any alternatives, the service overall was surly and sparse. Sadly we won’t return to this hotel.

  : Although the bathroom was lovely overall we didn’t like the way the shower was placed inside the bath. The water sprayed onto the floor and could have caused a slipping hazard
