: The location was decent, that was pretty much the only good thing I can say about the place.
: The food was extremely poor quality, the spa/pool facilities can only be accessed by prebooking the day before. You are only allowed to stay for 1 hour and you are allocated a dedicated slot. In a week I was only able to get access for 1 hour as the slots were always taken. The bedding was not changed and no fresh toilet paper was provided. This is a 2 star hotel, maybe a 3 if I was being generous.

: perfect location. Good breakfast and on the meals however we had one gluten free and one lactose intolerant which we specified with the hotel before arriving however not much choice for lactose intolerant guests.

: One member of staff was good in getting us transfer to another hotel, no one else could help as they couldn't speak English
: Rooms are not a good standard, many broken things, i.e toilet flush, room was way to small for two people. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest , i.e the tiles were moldy and not a great shower of bath for adults.
