  : The breakfast was nice with good selection, and excellent coffee, and some of the staff were friendly and helpful.
  : Room was called a Privilege room, but it wasnt! Very hot and no air con, so had to keep the window open but then disturbed by noisy revellers shouting and screaming until around 2am, traffic noise was also a problem and early morning deliveries were noisy with van man having his radio on very loud! The duvet was badly stained and clearly needed replacing, just awful. The on-site restaurant food was just acceptable and cant be recommended. Trying to explain this to the reception when asked if we had enjoyed our stay next morning was dismissed out of hand and no evidence of customer care evident. No parking on-site.

  : The location of the hotel was in the city, close to shops, restaurants and breakfast locations. We enjoyed the stay on our bicycle tour.
