  : The breakfast was standard French hotel breakfast. I thought 10 euros for pastry and coffee and juice was expensive. The location of the hotel is on a high hill making it difficult to reach. Its a long walk from the train station. The manager could help new residents by sending them the phone number of the local taxi company prior to arrival. The temperature was in the low 40s while I was here. The rooms were cold.

  : Charming location. very friendly staff. easy access to the town. The car park was good and not too far from the hotel but it was a walk away - no problem for anyone fit and healthy.

  : Very friendly, helpful hotel staff member (manager?) on reception. Despite our late arrival, he helped us locate the hotel & off site hotel parking. Hotel in a beautiful historic area. I got lost finding it, but that was part of the adventure! It's in a pedestrianised area, but a short walk from the main road.A quick stopover this time, but we will be back. Didn't try the breakfast.Easy walk to town centre.

  : It is a disgusting hole in the wall trap. My wife has mobility issues and this was totally disregarded by the despicable type at the entrance of what they call a hotel. The hotel is central in Sarlat but you have to climb a steep dark alley and find the entrance, an actual hole. No access by car and the parking is on a vacant lot blocks away. The place is ideal for strong and healthy backpackers. The manager called Marine behaved like she was running a five stars hotel and charged the entire stay. Happily Booking.com gave me all the support needed and the facility decided to refund us. Thank you Booking. com for the assistance and good work. I strongly recommend Booking.com to remove this hotel from theirs listing considering that it is a source of problems and embarrassment for the company. Booking.com is only an intermediary but should comb out horrible places like this, after a careful evaluation, in behalf of their faithful clients, like us.Thank you very muchAnthony Dacunha, MD
