  : Male reception staff gave us a nice welcome and asked if our stay was good the next morning. Pillows comfortable (not too soft!). We didn't have time to stop for breakfast, so can't comment. Our room, although typically small, was very clean (including the bathroom). This Kyriad looked newer than some, inside and out. Nice quiet location. Good shower. Nice touch that we were told that tea & coffee in the lounge area was free. No trouble parking in their car park, which is closed at night for security.
  : Quilt too bulky. Bed just right (medium firm). Air conditioning didn't seem to be working - we have stayed in a few Kyriad hotels recently and found the same problem. It wasn't too hot during our stay, but it would have been uncomfortable if it had been hot. Really should have more than one chair in the room when it's a double room. My wife used the stool from the bathroom to sit on! No English speaking channels on the TV. Even just BBC News would be good (this is usual for Kyriad, not just this hotel).

  : Was only for an overnight stop on the way home, so not too far off the autoroute, 2 hours from Calais. Free WiFi. Food outlets and supermarkets nearby. Met expectations of a chain hotel. Didn't opt for breakfast but tea and coffee were free anyway.
