  : Ambience of the suite, its facilities/ furnishings, size, outdoor space, toiletries.The landscaping and environmentally conscious use of the land- high regard for nature. View from the property, smells, sounds- bliss!Restaurant food/ drink very good.
  : No telephone in suite so if anything was needed eg room service, it meant going to the reception area in person which was inconvenient.Poorly appointed reception area and entry to the property. Felt congested, almost an afterthought, it seemed.Restaurant furniture not particularly comfortable and fairly basic in style.Shuttle service into St Paul would have been a real plus as property is not within walking distance of the village.

  : Our room was beautiful - very spacious with a wonderful outdoor area. We thought all the details not only looked great but were well thought out to make life super easy. We appreciated the very good clothes steamer that was already in the room!
  : It was mostly perfect - very small feedback would be that the patio door can't be closed from outside so if you go out, you risk mosquitos coming in.

  : Amazingly beautiful and calm placeLovely terrace restaurant and viewsRoom very spacious, although there was some confusion over the description of a suite given on the website, it did not detract from the very comfortable room. The management were going to clarify this.
  : Breakfast was extra on top of quite pricey room cost. Had to give advance notice and not the best selection and a little on the sparse side. Had to ask for extra jam, butter etc daily. A menu of different options would have been appreciated, eg eggs Benedict, salmon & scrambled eggs for the 26 cost.

  : Rude receptionist and wouldnt stop arguing after we told her we thought they should have offered to help us with our bags. She said they are not a five star hotel and dont want to be and that if we wanted help with our bags we should have asked. She also said it was our fault for not reading the website that they dont provide services. She also fell asleep and didnt send us the email about our dinner reservation and said she didnt have my email. This was untrue since she emailed us several times to ask if we wanted an upgrade, which we regret doing because the private pool was freezing and they were so rude. They also dont offer breakfast in their very high rates and said it was too expensive for them even at $1,000 a night. I had to tell her to stop arguing with us at checkout and expect a snarky remark now on our review. We have never had an argument with a hotel but felt we needed to speak up because she was so rude.
