  : The lift was not working and my friend and I had to walk up 5 flights with our luggage. For those who roll their eyes at this comment , the stairs are steep and we are not youngsters. The rooms where below a roof top bar , not fun when your trying to sleep , Loud music and many people above our rooms. Stall did not care . When I got back I wrote to the hotel asking for part refund because we did not sleep ,my emails have been ignored. Also fire evacuation in the night , all the guests outside on pavement , the staff left us outside ,poor communication , one of the guests went inside and had to ask if it was ok to come in. 22/09/2023 I have tried on many occasion to contact hotel , they have not returned my emails . Poor customer service. They do not care if you have a bad experience

  : This place should be de-listed from Booking.com it's a complete scam. I messaged the hotel if they had a room with two separate beds. Received a confirmation email that that they did via Booking.com. I booked the room at 3pm and arrived there at 4:30pm. I was then told by the receptionist that there was no such room available. The reservation made was clearly for two beds and they had already sent me a confirmation email that they had it. They said, "Oh well, sorry," so I left and found another place. But they charged me 160 anyway. I called them, explained that they charged me for a room they couldn't actually provide. They receptionist told me to send a message using the form on their website, which, of course, bounced. After a month and a half of trying to get a refund from them sending emails, calliing, proving their own response of accommodation. Nothing. No response. This place should not be in business. Also, I sincerely advise not using Booking.com to book hotels, same day. As many users have stated on travel forums, Booking.com works by commission (14%) and will always take the side of the hotel no matter how ridiculous the situation is. Their customer services reps are very nice but you'll never get your money back, even if you are not at fault. Live and learn.

  : Location - it was 15 min walking to the bus Station and 15 min to the intra wall city.I forgot my credit card in the bedroom when I checked out and they called me to let me know.
  : They didnt have a city map or my other theistic information.The staff were helpful but every time I talked to them, I felt like they were in a rush. It might difference in American and European culture or the English/French experience.

  : The location is fantastic - rooms overlooking the beach and the whole bay - view was breathtaking. The rooms were very small - understandable given the age of the building but no room for a chair for example. The bathroom however was well appointed for the space with an effective rain shower.
  : The paper cups instead of glasses were pretty awful. Id expect proper glasses in a 3 star hotel! They became soggy and fell apart easily.

  : Old carpet. They forgot we had booked a parking space, didnt apologise ( so we had to park on the street, we had a lot of valuable art work in the car )but tried to compensate by giving us a free breakfast.
