  : My recent stay at Hotel GALAXIE left me with mixed feelings. There were certainly some positive aspects, but unfortunately, the negatives cannot be ignored. Firstly, the front desk staff was a highlight of my stay. The gentleman at the reception was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He made me feel at ease and provided valuable information about the area. His warm and friendly demeanor was much appreciated. The hotel's location near the coastline and restaurants is undeniably convenient. It's within walking distance of the beach, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. This aspect of the hotel added to the overall experience and made it easy to explore the surroundings. Regrettably, these positive points were overshadowed by significant shortcomings. The hotel appears to be in need of renovations and thorough cleaning. The general state of the premises left much to be desired. The rooms, in particular, seemed quite dated and not as clean as one would expect from a hotel. Overall, while the welcoming reception and the proximity to the coast and restaurants are commendable, the hotel's overall condition was disappointing. The aging and cleanliness issues detracted from the overall experience. I hope that the management takes steps to address these concerns in the future to improve the quality of the stay for all guests.
