  : the surroundings were lovely and being able to pre-order baguettes/croissants for the morning was a plus
  : when we arrived, it took us 45 minutes to find a staff member to check us in, the property tried to charge 35 for towels (when my confirmation said 2). also, the crib we reserved was not in the cabin and the staff was nowhere to be found, so we had to make-shift a baby cot for the first night. overall facilities were cramped and not very clean. you also cannot deal with the property directly through the booking.com message service, which means you have to call (and hopefully get ahold of someone), which is difficult for guests who dont speak French.

  : Chalets are very spaciously distributed over the park with unobstructed views. In the morning you can get a baguette at the reception. BBQ available. Highly recommended.

  : The location.
  : The treatment of the staff for our claim. The chalet we have reserved has certain features like Pool view, mountain view and lake view. It was clearly mentioned in our booking and the chalet we have been provided didnt fullfill those features. As a matter of fact it was the worst chalet in terms of its positions as it was facing the Sun the whole day. Upon finding out this problem i have clearly explained my concern first with the missing features and the position. The response from the staff specially from Ms. Alisson was very dissappointing and discriminatory. All her colleagues were quite understanding and willing to ammend the failure with respect to offering other chalet but Ms Allison strongly denies our claims.

  : It is located in a peaceful area. The staff is very friendly. The amenities are O.K. It is a nice place to spend holidays with the family.
  : The site is next to the train and road tracks, so it is dangerous to go by foot to the nearest town. A car is needed and there is no public transport. It is not possible to have only drinks in the restaurant.
