  : Dear Booking Customer Support, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at this hotel which I booked through your platform. My experience has left me deeply frustrated and disappointed, and I believe it is crucial to bring this matter to your attention. Upon checking into the hotel, I was informed that they had placed a preauthorization hold of 300 on my credit card. This preauthorization charge was never mentioned in the hotel's policy or during the booking process on your website. I find this lack of transparency completely unacceptable. Customers should be fully informed about any potential charges before booking, and no charges should be made without explicit authorization. To make matters worse, I was unable to reach anyone at the hotel to discuss this issue. It took me several attempts and multiple phone calls before I could finally get in touch with someone from the hotel staff. During my stay, I noticed that even with 300 charge applied to my card I HAD NO ROOM, so I had to pay one night to receive the KEYS, not once, but three times, and this continued until the last day of my stay. This level of incompetence and disregard for a guest's financial well-being is simply inexcusable. I expect that Booking.com ensures that its partner hotels adhere to fair and transparent policies when it comes to charges and preauthorizations. It is essential for the trust and credibility of your platform that customers are not subjected to hidden fees and unauthorized charges.
