  : Beautiful and interesting old house, not too far from the centre with lots of places to eat within 10 minute walk. Host was very welcoming, great breakfast, quiet location, and comfortable/spacious room!
  : Just a note - if arriving by car, call the host when you arrive so she can open electric gate to parking!

  : Huge, interesting old house in its own grounds, just outside the center of town., run by a charming lady. Large wood paneled room and up to date bathroom. Excellent continental breakfast. Safe parking behind closed gates.

  : Located in the centre of Saint-Brieuc, Maison de Benedicte is an extremely quirky old house with a lovely friendly owner, who kindly put up with our attempts at speaking French. Breakfast was included in the price and was fantastic with a wide selection of food and choice of hot drinks on offer, served by the host in a dining area set aside for guests. Our room was equally quirky but was clean and comfortable with a good en-suite bathroom. Our host also provided tea/coffee and a kettle in the room. Secure parking is available at the rear of the property Easy walk into the town-centre from the property
  : We were very happy with our stay at Maison de Benedicte and there was nothing that we didn't like; but a couple of words of caution. The owner speaks only French and very little English - not a problem for us as it was good to practice our French but we struggled to understand sometimes! This property does not accept credit/debit cards, so you need to have cash. The property is in the centre of Saint-Brieuc and finding it by car, following sat nav in a large town with lots of traffic, no-entry and one-way streets was a challenge! We missed the turn into rue des Capucins 1st time and had to go round the block
