  : We arrived at the hotel around 3:30 p.m. and we found that the reception is not open on Sundays, no one had notified us, nor did they send any code as happens in many hotels to be able to collect the keys. There was a phone number to call in case of emergency that was never answered. After almost 2 hours of endless waiting and indignation, thanks to the booking staff who was able to contact the hotel, they replied that they were canceling our reservation, without further explanations, that is if the previous week they had already charged us for the reservation, something for another part that seems very good to me to prevent the client from not showing up. The booking staff that was managing this problem was really charming and professional, always concerned about helping us and resolving our situation, even looking for an alternative hotel, with the problem that it was on a Sunday around 6:00 p.m. The worst of all happens 5 or 6 days later, in addition to not receiving any message or email to tell us what had happened or simply to offer an apology, they send us an email with the invoice and to thank us for our stay at the hotel. and tell us that they hope to have our visit again. It is incredible that no one at the hotel noticed that a room had been left empty, that a guest did not show up to pick up the key, or to hand it over, in addition to the booking notice. I have been traveling for more than 30 years and something like this has never happened to us, I can understand any type of error, it is normal for forgetfulness or errors to occur with reservations, but what cannot happen and is unacceptable is not contacting the client to offer a apologize and give an explanation of what happened, you have to understand that the most important thing for your establishment is first your staff and then your customers, from there you have to draw your conclusions and see how to improve. Whether we are going to return or not, I think it is answered.

  : Nothing! We were a party of 4 travelling by car to the hotel for our Summer vacation. In our commute we had a car accident and I communicated to the hotel the situation hoping for some care / understanding and flexibility. Every email communication was a flat no - with no intention to check for our safety but making sure we would pay for the hotel booking as we cancelation was not allowed. We were not able to leave the country we had an accident - we had to pay anyhow with no other option, customer service and care.
  : Focus on payment, making a potential extra cash for rooms we would not use, no check in on car accident we suffered and therefore not allowed to leave the country to "enjoy our holiday". I guess it was language challenge but still no service / empathy and care.

  : we enjoyed the stay at this place. walking distance to pont du gard and nice facilities for the family entertainment. kitchens are quite complete and you have everything you need to cook.
  : the checkin was a bit confused, you need to stick to the timing given to avoid waiting outside if you arrive earlier.
