  : At first the apartment was inaccessible because the door of the building did not open even following correctly the instructions we received. We tried to call the host several times but he did not answer. A neighbor was so kind to open to us ( travelling with two kids , it was 20:30 p.m.). So we got in the building, reached the apartment, found the keys but when we opened the door we had a bad surprise! The apartment had not been cleaned!!! the garbage was left in the kitchen and it stinked terribly, the bed was "used" so the towels in the bathroom. The host was still not answering to our calls and the booking assistance was always busy. We had to reserve another room in a nearby hotel. The following days we tried again to call the host but he even started to hang me up!!! I opened a complaint with booking ( after hours waiting on the phone) but they cannot give me a refund ( we spent 90 euros) because the payment had been done directly with the host who is unreachable. Booking gave us a " moral" refund of 25 euros for the inconvenience. Terrible experience!!!
