  : Location - near airport
  : First: when we arrived , we were not well greeted - no greeting, no smile - as if we were disturbing her - when we asked about the shuttle to airport the next day - no details were given . Which caused a major issue the next day . We were told to be downstairs near the door between 625-630 : and we were . Shuttle never showed up - or made no effort to see if we were there !! When at 6:32, we went bank in to verify, the man at reception said don’t worry it will come . At 6:38 we we went back in , and a new woman at reception said shuttle came but we were not there !!! No sympathy, very cold ! You missed it she says - your fault - get a taxi cause shuttle is full at 7! It was not !! The shuttle driver - a woman , rude and with attitude! Not only was there space , there was one vacant! No apology whatsoever from her . Honestly, I do not recommend this hotel - you do not need the stress - many other hotels around !

  : The location to the airport, shuttle to the airport, friendliness of the staff members.
  : The room was not that clean, there was a dust on the living room table. TV was not working, I have reported it but they couldn't fix it for the night because there was no technician available. The wifi kept cutting off for the room. They had to fix it twice and no wifi when I woke up. The toilet had a leak. The receptionist was by himself checking people in and playing the maintenance guy for the night. Their dinner and breakfast were overpriced. The temperature in the room is centrally controlled. We were cold, I reported it. They said that they fix it but didn't work.

  : Shuttle makes only one stop at Terminal B quite far from E and F, breakfast is really simple
