  : We stayed in the Chateau Appartment which is situated behind the hotel. Very spacious accommodation with all the facilities you need for a short stay, i.e. fridge, oven, microwave contained in a large kitchen/ dining area. Separate WC and bath/shower areas kitted out with complimentary hairdrier and shampoo products. Very handy location for Ribeauville town centre which is only ca. 5 mins walking distance away.
  : If we were being picky, despite the fact the appartment has a nice outside terrace, the view overlooks the back of the hotel/car park and so not ideal. Otherwise a very nice place to stay.

  : Access to the gym was separate and had to be paid for. Also, there is no restaurant in the hotel and it is remote so dinner could not be had in the hotel.

  : The hotel is located just south of Ribeauville, an easy walk to the town. We arrived before 3:00PM check-in time but received a friendly welcome and access to our room immediately. The room had a balcony with a view over vineyards. It was clean and comfortable and had a small minibar but no tea or coffee making facilities. The bathroom was clean and modern. The electric heaters were excellent for drying clothes but difficult to control on/off. We didnt use the restaurant for breakfast but were given excellent recommendations for dinner options downtown.
  : The road noise was quite significant during the day. The lack of a kettle or coffee machine as incredibly annoying. The hotel was for sure the most modern in Ribeauville yet it appeared tired and in need of maintenance. Btw Im from Australia not HongKong but I cant get these turkeys at Bookings.com to change their system.

  : the location in terms of proximity to the city is good, 10 min on foot
  : the hotel is just on a busy road and even with shut windows you can hear the noise from the car.the hotel is quite outdated, no aircon.the bar surprisingly closed at 21:30, all lights off and you couldnt even sit on the terrace or in the hall. not worth the money charged
