: very French and quaint. it had all we needed for our short stay in renne. perfect location. air conditioning would have been great and a small oven perhaps.
: the massive amount of steps leading to the front door. also could be very noisy at night time with the lounge windows open, which was necessary for to the heat.

: Excellent location in the heart of Rennes. Everything reachable well. Good for travelling in two.
: Appartment needs some repair works (wooden floor tiles in the kitchen broken, current repair is rather unsuficient, on the edge regarding safe rules. Leakage of water from WC on the floor in corridor. I wasnt prepare on the technical status of the stairs in the house, wooden structure comes from the beginning of previous century maybe even older, needs complet reconstruction. No matter what I just mentioned, the guests are charged 200EUR before the first day for "potential damages" caused by guest. Really strange when app itself need some injection in amount of thousands EUR immediatelly.
