  : Great location and stylish apartment.
  : Non-existent service from the agency responsible (Cocoon). They did not respond to any questions, including a request to replace the broken fan in the apartment, even though it was nearly 40 degrees and the attic-apartment has no air conditioning. They then asked for feedback after the stay, but gave no reaction to the problems we stated. It's an expensive apartment, so you'd expect some support when things go wrong. The check-out is ridiculous. You pay an obligatory cleaning fee and then receive an email with a long list of things you have to clean, strip the beds etc. or they will take money off the deposit - oh yes, also, be aware there is 350 euro deposit that is taken from your card as soon as you book that is not show in the description.

  : Location is very central in quiet pedestrian street. Good cafs and restaurants nearby as well as shops/bakeries, etc. Spacious duplex with small, but practical kitchen.
  : Some difficulty in arranging the hand-over of the keys as the given phone number was not answered (3 attempts).
