: The flat is unconventional, but nicely rennovated and adequate. Access via a very narrow, old staircase to the third floor is difficult. The neighborhood is quiet and located in the old town which appears to have suffered violent destruction recently. Photos are a little misleading, leaving the impression it's larger than it really is. We never met the manager, although he was available by email. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place due to the difficult access.

: The apartment is located in a very convenient location in the historic center. It is beautifully decorated and provides all the necessary amenities. I would definitely recommend it for your stay in Rennes.
: The only somewhat inconvenient aspect I found is that the toilet is separated from the bathroom (different floor), and to access the shower, you need to bend down.

: Absolutely beautifully presented, quirky design incorporated into extremely wonky ancient building. Make sure you are reasonably agile to climb steep winding access stairs and loft bathroom. We are a couple in our mid sixties and nothing presented as a challenge. Fantastic location right in amongst a vast array of bars, cafs and restaurants. Presentation perfect. Number of very nice touches - too numerous to mention.
: The apartment is located in the heart of old Rennes. Secure overnight parking that is close by can be expensive (34.50 from 15.00 to 11.00) although there are very reasonable options a short walk away. The host was very helpful in this regard.
