  : Parking garrage was closed in the middnight when we arrived. No problem to leave car at the street.

  : We arrived late in the evening, and there was no employee present. It took us a while to understand how the access into the building worked. Then we couldn't access the Parking garage as there was no key for the garage door in the envelope containing our room key, even though we had booked a parking space (and paid for it). We called the help number mentioned on the arrival documents but the person we reached did not speak English well enough to help us. Even when we met two very friendly ladies who comunicated with the person on our behalf the problem could not be solved as the person on the phone was not familiar with the specific local circumstances. It also turned out that the hotel had canceled the two ladies' reservation without letting them know, so they were stuck without accomodation in the outskirts of Rennes at 10 o'clock at night. Frankly, it was all a bit nightmarish...

  : outdated, dirty, kitchen skillet was warped and not even on stovetop (couldnt really cook).Other guests were smoking in the rooms (not supposed to) and the smoke was sifting through bathroom vents and (closed) windows into mine all day long and I am allergic to smoke. Folks were also smoking from the windows in the lower rooms and that was traveling up
