  : Steve, the host was very helpful and even took me in town. I was also able to check out late.The villa is lovely with a very nice swimming pool and there is a pond next to it to add to the charm.

  : The property itself is very lovely, nice pool area and garden facility. Water and beer are included.
  : You can't really enjoy the nice property. Several reasons:- Eating is prohibited at the garden patios, except for breakfast. I.e. you can't even bring some cheese and charcuterie and enjoy it with a glass of wine on the terrace.- Everything is only provided minimally: towels, breakfast, coffee strength, available glasses (few shot glasses in the public area no glasses on the room, no wine glasses at all)- Properties maintenance could a bit better.- Operator/staff seems very welcoming and nice, until it comes to one of his unwritten rules. Then he gets passive-aggressive and slightly beratinge.g. 1. sending texts to drive slower than slow 2. giving lengthy explanations, falsely claiming that food is not allowed according to the property description on booking.com (which only says no picknicks in the fine print) 3. If you don’t pre-order or cancel your breakfast a day in advance, you will get “punished” with even less breakfast selection the next day (and passive aggressive comments that cancelling too late will lead to food waste)Finally, nothing here is “deluxe”, “luxury” or “prestige” as given in the property description and advertisement. In all fairness, at least one of the disappointing breakfasts was not charged to the room. Also, we got a free small bottle of birthday wine. That still doesn’t make up for the overall unwelcoming and strict atmosphere at the property.
