: Great location next to the slopes. Rooms were clean, but not very spacious - but not uncommon for other Alpine resorts. The kids loved the pool. The staff were really helpful in getting us out of the car park when snowed in on leaving day.
: Attached restaurant didnt serve breakfast, and werent really accommodating to families. BEWARE: fraudsters are utilising the hotel WiFi network. They attempted to take money out of my account, after I stupidly made an online payment across the network. The following day, I received an email from the Metropolitan Police thanking me for raising a crime report. When I attempted to contact them online, I saw that you needed to provide, full name, address, DOB etc so clearly a tactic to elicit further personal details when you panic and attempt to contact the police to see what was happening over the network. Obviously this could have been an isolated incident, and totally out of the hotels control - but something that people should be aware of so that they can spot the signs if it happens to them. After returning home I have contacted the police and the crime report was about a stolen e-scooter. Again, partly my own fault and not the hotels, but my advice would be steer clear of the hotel WiFi.

  : Great location
: As a group of three families and a total number of 14 the hotel restaurant wasnt very welcoming. Luckily were found other great places to eat.

: you can ski right from doors of ski room. 2 food shops in less than 5 min walk. In general this is very good option to stay in Plagne.
: I have booked two rooms and asked them to be one next to other (so that they can be interconnected - we have had such rooms 5 years ago in this hotel). And I have asked for this multiple times :). Hotel was not aware of my request at arrival and gave us rooms in different floors. Annoying internet connection to wifi. You have to log in every 10-15 min if you are not constantly using i-net.

: Direct access to the piste, really ski-in, ski-out. Tip: if using ESF, the Plagne Soleil meeting point is skiable from the front door. the Plagne Villages meeting point involves a walk.
: Pool was nice for the kids, but the "hot tub/jacuzzi" was just an alcove in the pool, i.e. the water was only swimming temperature, not hot, so wasn't great for sitting in while the kids were swimming.

  : location
: A little noisy at night - outside piste bashers (we were right on the piste) and the kids complained that the fridge was very noisy and it was stopping then from sleeping. (they were in the lounge)
