  : Hotel is situated close to major landmarks and walking distance from Gare du Nord. Very friendly and accommodating staff, good breakfast.
  : Rooms are a bit small as hotel is located in small buildings. It gives certain charm to it, but may not be comfortable for longer stays.

  : Although the room and bathroom are not very spacious, they are modern and equiped with all you need. Very comfortable bed. Our room was on the streetside providing us with some early morning Parisan activities. Not too noisy though. THe room is equiped with a very silent airco ensuring a comfortable climate.

  : The welcome was wonderful, the young man that was on reception the night we arrived was amazing. The room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was very nice and the location was perfect for us, lots of places to eat and lovely little shops around.
  : There was one young lady who spoiled our trip, she works on reception and she made my son feel very uncomfortable that he asked to go home a day early. My son is 19 and mixed race. When he returned from a morning walk she stopped him as he came into the hotel using his key card and demanded to know what he wanted, he said he wanted to go to his room, she then insisted on knowing what his room number was. I would have been fine with this if she hadn't singled him out but she did she didn't ask anyone else. He was very shaken when he got into the room and he insisted on leaving as he no longer felt comfortable there. This spoiled our trip. When I spoke to the young lady later that day she just kept grinning at me and while she said sorry it was obvious that she did not feel any remorse for the impact that she had had. I finished my trip on my own because she failed to treat my son with dignity and instead went out of her way to make him feel publicly belittled.

  : Very well located and nice breakfast. Staff was extremely charming and helpful, they gave us really good restaurants recommendations.
  : As most of Paris hotels, the bedrooms are very small.

  : Nice decor, comfy bed.
  : So noisy, woken up every day by the bin men (4-5am). When it was quiet I could hear animal footprints either rats or pigeons. My pillow smelt like bad breath
