Disappointing

  : The apartment has very big issue with humidity! The smell was terrible and we avoided to stay at the apartment except for the night. It isnt healthy to stay at such a place for a long time. It was also very noisy since underground is near at it is possible to hear and feel vibrations. I was disappointed and wouldnt recommend it although it is very nice equipped and it looks cute.

  : The location was absolutely perfect. The administration was good and the hosts were very attentive to enquiries during our stay.
  : The property on Booking.com featured many pictures of superb looking apartments, but it does not clearly distinguish the different apartments that are available to book. Our allocated apartment did not therefore stack up to our expectations as we were assigned a ground floor apartment that only had one small window that faced onto a miniature courtyard that was used as a bicycle parking area. I had requested 2 rooms for 3 people but our apartment was only one open plan room. Our toilet seat was also broken and when I enquired about this with the person responsible for cleaning the apartment, he confirmed that it was something that they knew about.

  : Location is excellent and good size (for Paris) for a family of 3.
  : Its def a case of damp and black mould in the cupboard (where WiFi router houses) and if dehumidifier is not on - the smell is def there

  : The property is double storied and the bedroom is underground. This should have been mentioned clearly.The bathroom exhaust opened in the kitchen .The water heater needs to be restarted

  : Stairs to downstairs bedroom and all the fans etc in the downstairs bedroom. The fans were noisy and had lights flashing
