  : No windows in the apartment = no air Next door to the rubbish room for the entire property, (equal to lots of noise) As if the property's staircase went through the apartment, it was as if people in the property walked through the apartment every time they used the staircase. Thank goodness for two toilet, one did not work. Very bad phone and internet connection as the apartment is at the bottom sf a backyard. Very warm bedroom without possibility of opening a window or any other kind of ventilation . Very small bathroom Very Poor lighting The apartment had never been used as a real apartment, it was only made for tourists rental, Nobody could live in that apartment for more than a week. I Have been in Paris for more than 50 times, stayed in cheap and expensive hotels, lots of different Apartments, this is by far the worst experience ever.

  : Space was good, expecially for central Paris. The style of the apartment was good, nice exposed beams, brickwork, modern style. Location is great for the area of paris we like, but not actually in the nicest part of the Marais itself.
  : This is a difficult review to write because I don't like being negative about things, but I feel it is important that other possible guests have a better view of the limitations of this apartment than we did. Basically, we arrived at this apartment on a warm weekend and soon discovered the challenges with being in what is essentially an underground space. There was next to no external light, the AC unit was not able to discharge air externally so really was just pushing warm air around the flat, the Velux window did not work (controller broken), there was only lounge seating for 2 people, and overall all the fittings and things like towels, bedding in the apartment were pretty basic and in our view sub standard. The upstairs bedroom was basically a sweat box and very hard to sleep in. We did get some follow up contact after our fist night but obviously they couldn't really change anything but also didn't acknowledge the issues. I asked them to help with the Velux and got no reply. It is hard to find accomodation in Paris that hits a good balance of cost and experience. Sadly, Sweet Inn missed the mark for us despite us wanting very hard to like it.
