  : The location is convenient, close to everything and just 10-15 min walk from the main train stations in Paris. I think that the fact that the apartment is located on the very last floor can be charming (beware, many steps to climb, but being on a high floor was enjoyable as far as I am concerned).The bed mattress was comfortable. Internet was fast, there is a relatively large fridge in case of need. Full of restaurant nearby, and much variety in terms of international and local cuisine.
  : It is a small room, with clear limitations. if you need to do any work, there is no desk, just a small TV table. The price is high for a room like that, even in Paris. You need 3 codes to enter (a code for the main door downstairs on the street, another code for the apartment building and then an app that allows you to open the door). I found it unnecessarily complicated. I found some long black hair in the room when I entered, not pleasant. The area is very lively until midnight during weekdays, when I was there, then it becomes quieter.

  : Location, communication and facilities were excellent . There was no key which was new to me , but all worked well. Lovely place and good facilities
  : The shower was low pressure and drain was filling - which was not ideal.

  : The location is very convenient just 2 metro stations away from Gare du Nord and it is right outside of the exit. There are a lot of restaurants nearby too.
  : The apartment was not very clean. I stayed with my toddler and it certainly requires further cleaning to feel comfortable to place a toddler in this apartment.
