  : I didn't like anything about the apartment that we booked, because I never got to stay in it. We were instead forced into a completely different apartment across town, with worse accomodations. Do not book with this service or this host.
  : This was overall a disappointing experience. So much so that I will never use booking.com or Paris Select Apartments again. Less than 12 hours before our stay, on a busy holiday weekend, the host contacted me to let me know the apartment booked months in advance in a specific neighborhood that we highly desired, was unavailable and they would be moving us completely across the city to another, less enticing apartment, with less space, and less amenities (no AC, smaller bedrooms, etc.). This was obviously unacceptable, but booking.com was useless in fixing the issue. After 4 hours on the phone and several emails back and forth, no progress was made. Eventually it became obvious that my only option was to accept the apartment I was being forced into by the host. All in all, I wasted my money on this stay, and will actively reccommend that anyone considering using either of these services DOES NOT. IF anyone from booking.com is reading this review, your service is garbage, your efforts to fix this issue were insufficient. I'll be discussing with American Express how to remedy this issue.

  : It had all the bare basics one needs for a short stay and location was a plus, the hosts were helpful and easy to contact, the rooms were well worn the beds were comfortable. We liked it's proximity to Republique square.
  : It definitely looked more luxurious on the internet pictures are deceiving, the apartment was a cheap and cheerful place which could do with a refurbishment located in a more eclectic part of town and possibly overpriced.

  : Communication and help from Gino could improve. It would be nice to have two keys, and he could be present to receive the apartment instead of having us making a video of the apartment when we leave for him.

  : could be a little cleaner, in the kitchen, some cups and cutlery could be cleaner, also around in the shower. the sink is difficult to access. Blinds fell off while we were there
