  : Well appointed, liked the books about Paris, very responsive staff. Keyless entry was convenient. Kitchen equipment and dishes were great. Pull-out couch was comfy.
  : Confusing phrasing of check-in emails, first for the deposit, then for payment ahead of arrival, while Booking.com stated payment would be upon arrival. Was surprised location was so close to moulin Rouge, sex shops, etc.

  : Absolutely nothing.
  : Terrible experience. We arrived at the place in the afternoon with a little girl. The entrance to the building is from a narrow alley in a dubious area full of sex shops and bars. There are spikes above the wall surrounding the building - disturbing to think for what purpose. As we entered the room we smelled a strong smell of urine from the bathroom, and the floor was sticky. The room was tiny and the smell took over the whole place. We called he place and the person we talked to suggested that she send a cleaner. The cleaner came, cleaned, allegedly (I didn't stand and check of course because the whole situation was terribly embarrassing), and the smell of urine remained as it was, and of course the sticky floor too. We called again, there was no answer. We sent an email that we were leaving and had to pay a fortune to another hotel in Paris, in August! We were charged the full amount (almost 1300 euros for 4 nights!!!) even though we didn't stay at the place for a single night and even after we got Booking involved. Bottom line, dirty, smelly room, terrible customer service, bad area. Stay away.

  : The apartment was beautifully clean and a good size for 3 people. Well equipped (except for teaspoons)The beds were really comfortable. The nearest metro station a few minutes away, and lots of restaurants and lovely bakeries close byThe staff were friendly and responded to requests quickly.
  : Toilet seat needs replacing. The front of the apartment was quite noisy on a couple of nights. We had a few blips with the entry system, especially at night but always managed to get in.
