  : the location was great
  : Firstly the pictures online are very deceiving. We booked thinking we were getting the pictures we saw which we now know was Rivoli 3 however in actual fact we ended up with Rivoli 1. This needs to be clearer at the time of booking. Secondly the apartment was not clean, there was an extremely overwhelming smell of smoke which you sent us a photo of, you then sent a representative who also agreed that the apartment had an awful smell and you did nothing about it until my husband made many calls. He should not have had his holiday ruined like this. Your staff should have been proactive. Our stay in Paris was ruined.

  : Completely impractical and uncomfortable. Badly designed, bed so cheap and uncomfortable it was impossible to sleep. We eventually had to sleep on the floor. Wires hanging across windows and doors caused problems. Bedding had to be stored in floor if you wanted to sit on the sofa, not a single hook for a towel or coat anywhere.

  : Getting keys was a little hard. Shower on the overhead setting filled up the basin a little.

  : Notification when booking that workmen were Woking right outside property windows from 8.00 weekdays and that Scaffolding and workspace was erected outside of the apartment windows. Notification and reflection in price would have been appropriate.

  : Perfect location for exploring the main sites of Paris. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied. The sofa bed was easy to use and enough for the kids for a few nights.
  : There was no air conditioning and I was rather hot that week in Paris. It felt stuffy and hot but there is a lot of road noise when the windows were open. There are a few things that need to be repaired or maintained (door handles, cupboards etc). The drying rack was broken when we arrived but the lovely staff replaced it the next day. There was also a lot of construction in building and main lobby. It didnt affect our stay.

  : I really liked how conveniently the apartment was located right in the beautiful city centre . I also liked how there was a supermarket just a minutes walk away. And the free parking 10 mins away from the apartment was so useful.i save a lot on parking fees. I also liked the apartment complex with peaceful neighbours and clean walls
  : I just felt they could give a little more instructions on how to operate the radiator for heating the apartment and hot water.
