Disappointing
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
  : It's in a really good central location, easy to access the Metro. I walked to the Pompidou Centre and Notre Dame my first evening. Our apartment was in the middle of the complex, and beautifully quiet. The room itself , although small, was charming, full of wooden beams and very tastefully decorated. We had all we needed for self catering, a useful asset in expensive Paris!
  : There were no Reception staff whatsoever, all key code entry, which felt very impersonal and thus no one there to answer queries. I sent an email requesting information and it wasn't answered. Hopeless customer service. We had to climb 56 very windy stairs up to our third floor room, which was a serious struggle with very heavy suitcases. Others more unfortunate might find they are on the fifth floor, 75 stairs up. But you are not told this on booking. If you were unlucky your apartment was located above a noisy local cafe but our mid building unit was very quiet. Very disappointed that the little open space/ circular patio area was so very small, the size of a tablecloth really, and there were no tables or chairs provided despite their website showing a beautiful furnished space. As I love being outside this was a huge disappointment. We saw a couple perched on a brick plinth as an improvised seat!

  : Clean and lots of fluffy towels . Well equipped in the kitchen.
  : Noise from upstairs moving chairs around and toilet flushing. on the photos it shows a garden with seats. It was really just a smoking area with no seats.

  : It was small that you did t have room for your suitcases. You could barely get to your bed because there was no walking space. No indication that there was no lift and we were in the third floor with heavy suitcases.

  : Location was fabulous - easy walk to the centre, easy walk to the metro but far enough out not to feel overwhelmed. Getting the keycode was very well handled with excellent explanations. The apartment was small (as advertised) but very well appointed, clean and comfortable.
  : The only drawback was the shower - very tight fit!

  : Staircase is a bit narrow to maneuver with a suitcase.

  : The property is located in the Le Marais area - indeed very good location if you like this area. The apartment is in Parisian style which gives you a good vibe of being in the 19th.
  : The shower room is leaking. Washing machine hard to use. Coffee machine not working. Many mosquitoes after shower due to humidity.
