Disappointing

  : The room was very close to train station and close to the subway. Actually close to 2 subway lines. Also walking distance to restaurants and some attractions.
  : The room is extremely small for a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). We were lucky we traveled with carry ons otherwise we would not fit in the room. The pictures they put on the website give you a wrong impression about how the room looks like. I was so excited for our stay in Paris because I was expecting a cozy Parisian room but instead we were all cramped in a room. Also, there is a construction in front of the building and we couldn't open the window. The streets surrounding the apartment building were very dirty but it was kind of expected being so close to a a big train station.

  : The apartment had the things you would expect such as a toaster, tv, sofa, dishes, side table, etc. The bathroom shower was decent with nice towels, etc. The on-site manager was helpful.
  : The apartment had the things you would expect such as a toaster, tv, sofa, dishes, side table, etc., but it was almost too much because the apartment was tiny (not just small, tiny). It made the apartment feel cramped. In fact it was a lot smaller then we envisioned or could make out via the online photos. If you want an apartment where you're out all day and just come back and sleep, it may meet your needs. However, it did not meet our needs. In addition, the apartment we were given had a funky smell emanating from the bathroom after a couple of days, which could be the shower drain as mentioned in a previous comment. Also, the ac in the bedroom kept making a periodic buzzing noise for about 30 seconds or so through the night.

  : Great location to access all attractions. Either walking or by metro nearby. Decor was Modern and clean. Staff on reception were extremely friendly and helpful.

  : We loved this boutique apartment hotel. The communication before arrival was great, and the front desk welcomed us and helped us with everything we needed. This was our first time in Paris and the location was convenient for us, very close to the metro. There is a supermarket really close and there are two good restaurants near by- Da Giueseppe (italian), and Bao&Me (burgers and more)- delicious food. There is also a shushi place, but we did not try it. We tried the patisserie next by, it was ok, but we were disappointed from their service. Overall our visit was a good one and a this place is a great value for the money.
  : There is some construction to the building nearby and you can hear them working pretty early, but I assume this will be done soon.

  : It is efficient with a kitchenette and everything you need. Location is also good as it is very close to metro. The bakery nearby is fantastic. there are many nice restaurants nearby. Very nice for the hotel to offer practical gifts like recycle shopping bag, water bottle and hat.
  : The room is good for two persons.For three with the sofa bed, it is a bit tight.
