  : it isnt spacious or modern. we couldnt stand up when upstairs. The wardrobe door fell onto my son twice as it was only leaning in position. all other wardrobes were inaccessible. The stairs were unsafe due to lack of hand rail. The light switches didnt work ( we had to use our phone torch to climb the stairs to turn on the lights). None of the power sockets worked upstairs. The TV volume is set so low that you cant hear it from the couch, The heated towel rack doesnt work. The bathroom sink sprays you with water if you turn it on. There is no privacy in the bathroom as it has a transparent door & the bell rings every half hour & randomly on other occasions. All that is forgivable, to an extent, but my biggest complaint is that we had an error when we booked our train back to the UK so couldnt stay the second day. Despite multiple attempts to contact you and the company we booked through no one would give us any kind of response or take responsibility when we asked for a refund for the second night. Both parties said to speak to the other company. I will not be using either of you again & will publish our review of our stay on trip advisor and other websites if we dont get our second nights stay credited back to us. We were out of there by 9am and left the place tidy

  : The apartment was super well located in a lovely and safe neighbourhood. It was super comfy as well both the sofa bed and the upper bed. Great price/quality relationship!

  : arrived early from CDG from 15 hr flight. I have called Thomy at 9am if it is possible to leave luggage in the suite so we can just go around the city. He said it is ok and was given instruction how to get in. Though the suite has not been clean yet- it is totally different from the advertised pictures. we left though very tired and came back around 5pm ( check in us 3pm) - found out the suite has not been cleaned. I called Thomy again and he said he will check- this time I was more than frustrated - after 10 min a gentleman came to clean- as I was inside the room I saw all his cleaning process using one used towel previous guest used to clean toilets, sink, shower, floors, counter in kitchen- basically the entire suite with one towel. theres no cleaning brush used - all towels ( think about cleaning cross contamination. After around 30 min- the cleaner left- my husband took a shower and and the whole bathroom floor flooded including the kitchen floor - shower drain not draining. I called Thomy back and told him it is impossible for us to stay there. we were moved to another suite closeby- overall- even if l will be offered. a free stay here- I will not even accept- this is the worst experience I ever had as I am a frequent traveller/ you can always contact me directly as I have more comments for the other suite.

  : The location was easily reachable by metro. Wi-fi was good. Warm water was ok. The kitchen stuff (dishes, microwave, toaster, ...) were good.
  : The lamp of kitchen part was already burnt. Since the owner didn't proceed to fix it, we had to use the kitchen by the flashlight of our mobiles. The handle of one of the windows was broken, and we couldn't have close it. So, we had to go up the shelf and close it manually, which was a temporary solution and after half an hour, it have been open again. The owner told us to use a ladder to close it manually, but there was not a safe place for putting the ladder, it was impossible and also dangerous. Since the window was open, the room was quite cold, also the heating system wasn't working and we were freezing. When we arrived, there was only 1fourth of a toilet paper, for 3 people! After we asked the owner, one person came the day after to charge it! The doors of the closets were broken. The height of upper part of the room was very short (about 160 cm), we had to bend ourselves.

  : The location, it was close to everything. The neighbours are very friendly
  : The Studio was literally broken - 2 windows do not close, so it can be really cold at night, The wifi do not work at all ( although we reset it several times - The ceiling in the bedroom + bathroom is too low, I bumped my head several time ( although I am not that tall), There is no heating inside of the house and half of the light bulbs were not working

  : The location was great. It wasnt far from the metro and there were some great restaurants and shops nearby. There was a fridge so we could buy some food and eat breakfast at the apartment.
  : We did not have wifi and I messaged the property about it and never heard back. I had received messages from the property curious about when we were to arrive and I messaged back upon our arrival wondering about the wifi and I never heard back from them. It was very frustrating. I even messaged them twice about it and still never heard back. The apartment was somewhat clean but there was an odour around the little kitchen sink area. We did not find sheets for the pullout bed. there was one big duvet but it was so hot we could not sleep with that on, so we didnt have any covers. It was not air conditioned but there was a fan that provided some relief if you were on the main floor. To get to the upstairs loft area you cant be more than 5feet tall because the ceiling is so low and it was very uncomfortable to sleep up there because it was so hot. Since the owners never responded to my messages, we felt ignored.
