  : Breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly. Being next to a metro station was handy. Our room was spacious.
  : Air-conditioning was terrible, the bathroom was a bit grim and the towels were a bit smelly.

  : The room has already been paid in full for 4 people. Until the day the room is full, they must separate rooms. Waiting for the next night's room, the room that was not repaired properly (as in the attached picture) had to change the room for the 3rd time. It was a bad hotel experience for the family. Don't pay in full. Seeing that it was not good, ran away.

  : Cleanliness issues. Smell in corridors. Can't walk bear foot as started irritation/ elergy. Might be floor cleaning
  : AC was not working. Complain daily basis but no solution from staff. We booked 3 rooms ans all dame. Have discussed with other families in reception lobby staying and they have the same issues and staff always have same answer that technical team will resolve tomorrow..not satisfied

  : The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. They were very helpful during check-in. Breakfast was very enjoyable. It is within walking distance to Gare du Nord and has a metro entrance just a minute away, making transportation very easy.
  : However, I did not find the area very safe as there were homeless people around. Despite this, since the metro entrance/exit is right under the building, it didn't pose a problem.

  : Comfortable beds. Location was directly next to a rail line which made commutes into the downtown easier. Highlight was the ample and tasty breakfast buffets each morning. The croissants and pastries were very good. Also had an egg boiler, sandwich toppings like meats and cheeses, fruits, cereal, yogurt, etc along with coffee, teas, milk, juices.
  : There was not air conditioning in this room as advertised. As it got very hot in some of the days we were there this was quite miserable. They had one single rotating fan in our room. This did little to keep us cool. Opening the window on cooler nights couldn’t help since it’s a busy area and thus loud until late into the night (not counting the loud/busy part against the hotel at all, just saying why we couldn’t help the stifling hot air in the room). The bathroom needed a bit better clean as there was mildew and mold in the shower and tub. Staff was a mixed bag. Most were polite and kind. A few were cranky and quite rude to guests. (Watched a guest get scolded for asking if they were planning to refill the apple juice at breakfast.) Location being a bit rougher and more urban (not the fancy downtown you might hope for) could be a deterrent to some people. I knew what area I was booking in and ended up feeling fine about it. Just something people should be aware of.
