  : It was the perfect location to walk to and from Zenith concert hall in La Villette. The sparkling water in the lobby.
  : Not air-conditioned! It was so hot... the bathroom is pretty small. There is no safe.

  : old hotel with no maintenance. The hotel room is extremly loud. It is basically impossible to sleep. You can hear every single door opening and closing. the doors are constantly slamming.There is no ventilation control at all.

  : Overall, the stay was profoundly disappointing. The room's facilities were severely lacking, with no kettle, hair dryer, or even a dustbin provided. The bathroom was exceedingly small and cramped.Despite having paid the city tax upon check-in, our room keycard was inexplicably blocked the following night after our return from Disneyland. When we sought assistance from the reception, a staff member rudely and unjustly accused us of not paying the city tax, which resulted in a 30-40 minute argument before we were allowed to re-enter our room, late at night and exhausted.The next day, we discussed the matter with the receptionist lady who had initially accepted our city tax payment. She insisted that we pay the tax again, with the promise of a refund if we were indeed charged twice. We complied, but reported the previous night's discourteous treatment to her.Given the substandard facilities and poor hospitality, this experience was utterly unsatisfactory. I can no longer endorse Ibis Hotels and would strongly advise others to avoid this establishment.

  : room was adequate for my needs it was clean and comfortable. The staff were outstanding in welcoming and providing assistance when required. The location is stunning on the canal close to parks, the science museum, and other interesting attractions, great community vibe too, and being so close to Paris makes it an ideal location.
