  : Location is super - walking distance to a lot of great places to explore, Notre Dame, Saint Chappel, bistros, high end shopping (Gucci), etc
  : Watch out for the server at breakfast - rude person, can see she doesn't enjoy her job, seemed quite overwhelmed with the crowd, taking her frustrations out on the pots & pans and being rude to customers. Also one of the front desk guys Andre, snooty and with a bit of an attitude. Another funny factor is they expect you to leave your keys to the room at the front desk every time you exit the room, and they enter the room when you put a "do not disturb" sign on.

  : Its with a heavy heart and profound sense of disappointment that I pen this review of Hotel Le Relais Saint-Germain, where my partner and I recently stayed. A visit to Paris, the city of love, promised a romantic and unforgettable experience. We sought refuge in this 4-star hotel, expecting a certain standard that, regrettably, was never met. In fact, our stay was more akin to what one might expect from a 3-star establishment, if not less.From our very first interaction, an unwelcoming phone conversation at 3pm, a shadow was cast over our expectations. The absence of parking, despite being advertised, led us to an inconvenient and distant underground parking spot.Arriving at 8pm, our rooms state was beyond disconcerting. Hair on the bed, pillows strewn on the floor, and missing bathroom products presented a grim welcome. The disappointment continued with a dusty room, unreplaced pillow covers, womens size slippers, a lack of shaving kit, a moldy shower, a clogged basin, and dust-smelling curtains. We reported these issues, hoping for a swift resolution, only to find them unaddressed when we returned at 1am.The hotels shortcomings did not end there. Noise from the restaurant and other rooms was a constant disturbance. The curtains were inexplicably difficult to operate, and the steamed shower was barely functional.Breakfast was a somber affair. A solitary server, delayed orders, stale orange juice, a monotonous fruit salad, and supermarket-quality bread painted a picture of neglect and indifference.The buildings very structure cried out for attention, with poor lighting on the stairs, awkwardly placed sockets, and cluttered room decor. These flaws were not in line with a 4-star facility, but rather echoed the hallmarks of a lesser-rated establishment.Though the location was beautiful and well-connected, it could not redeem our stay. Most of the staff seemed untrained and impolite, save for the gentleman at night reception.

  : This hotel has the advantage of a great location, close to the metro station, a 7-minute walk to Notre Dame Cathedral and a 5-minute walk to the House of Delacroix. But the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and it gets noisy at night. The hotel lobby is too small, and the elevator is too small to fit a suitcase. Breakfast is in the bar restaurant downstairs, the kind of general bar, not as rich as the buffet breakfast. We are a group of 4 people, 2 large 2 small, booked deluxe suite, one queen bed, one sofa bed.
  : The biggest problem in the room is that the drainage of the sink is not smooth! The drainage of the shower room is OK, I hope it must be improved!

  : The breakfast was nice, however I did not get offered a choice of what to have, offered any more of what I had, or offered an egg which was on the menu. Lovely big and confirmable rooms with lovely bathroom.
  : I didn't like having to hand the key in when I left the hotel, and collect it when I return - it did not feel safe and secure. When I returned each time there was occasionally a different member of staff (three in total), none of them asked for ID, they all just handed over the room key that I asked for! I could have been anyone.
