  : Great bathroom, with 2 taps. You can choose from 2 pillows (however imho both are too low, but naturally it is a matter of taste). Tea making facility in the room. Really very calm and quiet (while it is in the centre of Paris) - and I am ultra sensitive about this.
  : No power plug in the bathroom - it is very good that there is hairdryer, but how should you use it without a power plug? Or where there is a power plug, there is no mirror. I can confirm that their cappuccino is really very bad; the worst in our 8 days trip even in France (and the French can't make good cappuccino). It is very rare that I have problem with the breakfast, but in case of this hotel I had: this hotel is very expensive even without breakfast, and the breakfast is another expensive item - so I waited outstanding for this money; but it is average. On a scale of a metropolis it is very close to the centre - but it means that it is a relevant suitcase dragging on the streets.

  : About cleaning i was expecting more specially floor and breakfast was not ok and everything is finished around 8 am , they told me because there were a group before you so i all the time ask for egg and for plates and glass and etc

  : Luxury style hotel and good location.
  : Do not book through them if you wanted to be overcharged on city tax. Booking.com quoted me 34 euro to be paid on Check in, and the hotel charged me 73 euro. I obviously questioned them and they simply said “it’s just what it is”. I had to pay it as I didn’t want to upset them and risk them potentially stealing things from my room. The gentleman who served me was also very blunt and made me feel uncomfortable about the whole situation, like it was my fault. I addressed the issue with Booking.com and they apologised and told me the hotel should refund me the difference as I was overcharged. I approached the same gentleman and he refused to refund me as the city tax has gone up due to the Olympics - This should’ve been disclosed before I booked it. I would not stay here again even if they do refund me the money (they won’t) due to the poor service.

  : Typical Parisien hotel. Small room. Nice welcome. Could drop my luggage as arrived too early. Upon return the luggage was already in my room. Room is nice and clean. The gym is small and has a good atmosphere and has the basics you might expect for a small hotel.
  : Nothing specific. The hotel is just a few meters too far away from the metro when you have to carry your luggage.
