  : With my experience I'd say I didn't like anything.
  : Stayed one night at this hotel, and it was the worst night of my life. The room was filthy and overpriced, with a used coffee cup and toilet paper in the bathroom.The room was infested with bed bugs, making the entire trip awful. At midnight, we went to complain. The nightshift receptionist, who initially gave a fake name, threatened to call the police instead of helping. He suggested changing the room or sheets (which doesn't help when the entire hotel is filthy), claimed to be texting the manager but was actually texting a colleague, and refused to call the manager, saying, “the manager is sleeping.” I spent the rest of the night in the bathroom to avoid being bitten. At 8 a.m., I learned from the morning shift guy that the nightshift receptionist had lied about his name and the manager’s schedule.The manager came to the hotel at 10 a.m. He was helpful and got me a refund, but I left without sleeping and had to book another hotel.PS. The awful nightshift receptionist's real name is Carlos.

  : the location was excellent.The room was very small and cramped as was the bathroom. the staff were very friendly and helpfulBreakfast very very ordinary and basic
  : The room rate was very overpriced. Breakfast was not includedthe air conditioner didn't work. I was there for 6 nights. the first 2 nights were hot and stuffy and unbearable. On the 3rd night i request the air conditioner to be seen to. I have a suspicion they are controlled and deliberately switched off at the mains, which was located in the reception area, I asked for a reduced rate this was refused , but instead they gave me a fan .The room area was very small , and smaller as the fan took up what little floor space i had, this made the room very cramped.the bathroom was super small! Couldn't even turn around in the shower recess! And i am 5' tall and 65 kgs!The breakfast was very basic and pricey for what was offered. just the usual toast/ butter/jam etc., cereal and fruit.

  : Exceptional location, near various metro stations. Champs Elysees 500m away. Safe area, with some nice bistros right next to the hotel, filled with locals. Breakfast was nice. Room cleaning every day. Polite staff. Would definitely visit again.
