  : Location was fabulous. Room was also great, especially the size, it was super comfortable. The chairs were a bit uncomfortable and could do with a refurbishment but this is just a suggestion, not a complaint. Lift was tiny an could have been a problem but I chose to use the stairs for exercise anyhow so it was fine. Overall we loved our time here and will recommend to others. Proximity to Saint Sulpice metro was a great advantage too, and multiple bus stops/routes.
  : We missed out on a table for breakfast twice which was disappointing, perhaps a booking system could avoid this. Also, the absence of English Breakfast tea, or any other plain black tea, Earl Grey is an acquired taste not enjoyed by some.

  : Very noisy. Constantly woken up during the night from neighbouring rooms and the ones on the level above. You can hear everything. No insulation / sound deadening whatsoever. You can hear them talk, run the tap to wash their hands and even walking across the floor. The bed was too small to fit my partner and myself, we arent the largest of couples. It was more like a 3/4 than a double. The main door to the room had a massive gap between the door and frame so you had light shining into the room all night, why there was no door stops or fire instrumisent strips I dont know, maybe French laws are different. The bathroom had a glass sliding door that was very stiff again you could see into the room when it was closed. The shower screen seals need replacing as it floods the bathroom floor when having a shower and zero chance of having a bath, it was too small for us to sit down in. The lift is also extremely small, the alternative is a spiral staircase which isnt great with a pregnant partner, suitcases and a room on the 3rd floor. Breakfast we felt was over priced for tea, orange juice, a croissant and some crusty bread but to be expected in that area. Overall we wouldnt stay in this hotel if we were to return to Paris.

  : The Staff were helpful and courteous. The shower was good. The fresh orange juice and croissants were delicious....a wonderful location ..the lift, though very small was adequate. Every where was so very clean

  : The staff were friendly. Nice towels and toiletries. Excellent location.
  : Poor standard of cleaning. Terrible marks and dirty walls. I complained and was told the room would be cleaned properly but it wasn't during my stay. Kettle but no cups, spoons or tray. I had to go out and buy. Lift so small I only sent my case up in it and I walked up the 4 flights.
