  : Great location and it was a decent hotel. The men working there were nice.
  : I was extremely angry when one man working at the hotel called me a taxi for the next morning, however, apparently he actually didnt because I was told by the man the next day that taxis usually cancel and therefore he didnt call. The first man never mentioned any of this, and so apparently he pretended to call without explaining to me that I would be on my own to find a taxi. The second guy was trying to be helpful and understanding but it was very stressful bc I wasnt able to find a taxi near the hotel and eventually just called an Uber. The first man made what should have been a calm morning into a frantic search for a taxi to take me to the airport. I could have rented a car on line had I known taxis would be a problem. I actually spoke with a taxi driver for a moment and he said its very hard to find taxis sometimes.

  : I have stayed at this hotel previously for it's great location right next to Chatelet station. Some staff are wonderful and do much to assist during the stay.
  : During this most recent stay I needed the wifi for a zoom call I had before departing. The wifi was out of action when I was there with no capacity to get it fixed before my stay finished. The lift only starts from the first floor so ground to first floor requires bringing luggage up a staircase. On arrival I had a helpful staff member who assisted with my bags but not all staff are so accommodating here I have found. Some are amazing, others seem to just tolerate my presence! The room is very small even by Paris standards and if I was a larger person the shower could prove difficult to fit in.

  : There was no refrigerator. Also with some minor updates to the property, it would be a true gem!!

  : Very nice staff,Perfect location, next to a train station and late night street food and the Centre Pompidou - bed sheets were high quality and an amazing AC unit.
  : I think the only thing would be the hallways need new carpeting and wallpaper looks dingy haha.

  : Excellent location. Conveniently located in the center of many restaurants, shops, markets and subways.
  : The rooms are small. The round stairway to get to the rooms is difficult to carry luggages and can easily slip. I saw a person slip down the stairs but luckily she was okay with some scratches. The elevator starts at the 2nd floor but can fit tightly two people at most.
