  : -LOCATION is fantastic. It is a block away from the Market Street Rue Cler, it is just short walk to the nearest metro station, about 10 minutes to the Eiffel Tower, and 10 minutes to Invalide. -Appliances are new and all work great. There is a clothes washer, dishwasher, two burner stove, microwave, large fridge and freezer. -Apartment comes with dishes, bowls, cutlery, pots, pans, and a couple of roles of toilet paper -bathroom is large as is the shower. The water pressure is excellent and never a problem getting hot water. -bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen look like they have recently been updated -Lots of closet space in the bedroom -TV is large (by French rental standards) and works well. Make sure you get instructions on how to turn it on and off. It is a two step process as you need to turn on the TV plus a router. -Lots of windows letting in lots of light, and they can be opened to let in a breeze. -Living room faces street while the bedroom faces the quieter courtyard. -Only one flight of stairs to the apartment -WIFI was amazing. I have rarely had such fast and stable WIFI in a rental apartment. -there were no issues with meeting up with someone to get in. They texted us the day of our arrival and we set up a time to meet at the apartment. -You need a code to get into the building
  : -Livingroom needs some love. The furniture is old and looks like it has seen better days. -TV has a lot of channels all in French, we could not find any English channels (we had a amazon fire stick which we plugged into the TV and it worked great). -The stairs to the apartment can be tricky. The width is tinny and goes in a curve. If you have big feet, large luggage, or any problem with stairs stay away. -They give you only one key to the place which is a problem if you plan on not being with your partner the entire time. -is located directly above a Vietnamese Restaurant. It can get noisy during early evening. And there were a couple of days we could smell them boiling cabbage, not a pleasant smell. -no air conditioning or fan so the place can get hot. They do have black our curtains, so we closed these during the day to try to keep things cool. -the appliances are new with lots of buttons. The problem is there are no instructions so you kind of have to just try things until you get what you want. -There is a clothes washer but no dryer. They provide a rack to place your cloths to dry. -they were working on the apartment next to ours meaning lots of banging and drilling during the day. This is not the owners of this apartments fault but be aware if you have a booking in June 2022, it may still be going on.

  : The apartment was in terrible condition. Upon arrival it was obvious that it was in much worse condition then displayed in the photos online. The heater, which was attached by hooks, fell off without me even touching it, which they charged us for. The apartments paint was chipping and was easily the most uncomfortable stay Ive ever experienced. There is no elevator so youre forced to carry luggage up the tiny stairs which is near impossible. The hosts are not friendly and will find any possible reason to charge you extra. I would rather have not been in france then book this apartment again. Everything about this stay was terrible. Please dont stay here. In response to their reply: almost everything said by them is a complete fabrication. The bed cracked as soon as I sat down on it, which is completely out of our control. Should we not have laid down on the bed? As for the heater. Planted firmly on the wall.? It was placed on hooks which allowed it to be picked up and moved (which is why after it fell off 3 times I didnt bother putting it back again). The apartment was not left in a bad state at all, besides the disgusting chipped and dirty floors. All of our trash (about three bags) was left in one corner per Airbnb policy. The owners are liars who have no problem screwing over their guests. Please be weary!

  : Location was excellent, lots of good cafes/restaurants near by. We appreciated the bottles of water and tea & coffee that were waiting for us on arrival.
  : The kitchen drawers were hard to find, should all have been pointed out on arrival as we did not find some of the utensils until the last day. Also, larger cups for making tea in would have been appreciated.

  : The apartment was close to the Eiffel Tower and very close to the Metro stop and numerous restaurants. It was lovely to have a kitchen with coffee machine and tea kettle, fridge and dishwasher. Lots of storage space and a washing machine were fantastic!

  : loved how close it was to main attractions. was able to visit the Eiffel Tower easily, especially at night to see the lights sparkle. the place was very clean and comfortably fit our family of 5. kitchen was supplied well enough to be able to cook breakfast for all the days that we stayed but also the area had many bakeries and restaurants so there was never an issue with anything being too out of the way. the staff were welcoming and setting up check in was seamless. we had a great time and it was a wonderful place to stay for our first time in paris.
  : the window in the bathroom was a bit off the hinge so we had to leave it ajar because we didnt wanna be too rough with it to close it and potentially break something. the stairs to enter the apartment are very narrow so just be careful but not an issue for me specifically, just something to be aware of.
