  : The keys I took from box at 16:30-17:00 pm after when I errance in apartment I saw big mess , everything was very dirty, the floor was very dirty, impossible to walking without shoes , there no closet for your clothes, there even no place to put and open suitcase. On the bad was black hair , dirty towels was in bathroom on the floor , cigarette butts was everywhere . Apartment was on 0 floor just close to garbage. How this possible to call apartment I dont know ! There totally maybe 8 m2,! Than I call this agency and I said that I cant stay here and they told me will return my money which one they took it all from my credit card before my arrival. But still money didnt came back and after I should looking for hotel very fast I lost money , time , it was horrible experience!

  : the extra heater didnt work , the room was SO cold and I contacted the personal. they couldnt fix a extra heater until 2 nights after. those 2 nights and day I had to wear jacket and socks inside. also to sleep with sweatpants and hoodie and socks + the hair dryer on. and I paid 700 for 5 nights , and I paid FOR THE HEAT they said they have , so usually they should pay me back the 2 nights without the heat. THIER SERVICE is a big disappointment. the PILLOWS are a disaster, like you sleeping on a paper, there is no microwave and I swear , I have never been so disappointed. DONT book. there is A LOT of good apartments around , with first class service and everything you need.
