  : The property location was very good although very difficult for vehicles to stop. The apartment had a lovely living/dining/kitchen room. Beautifully decorated with large windows. It was well furnished and had modern conveniences.
  : Although the property was a two bed with ensuite the actual ensuite was tiny and had no toilet. We had to walk down the hall to use the only toilet available. Also the shower controls could have benefited from some attention parts were chipped or missing.

  : Location of the building in the Marais.
  : Prperty is up three long flight of stairs (65 steps) that are quite old and worn/uneven. No air conditioning on an upper floor unit. Poor air circulation. Bedrooms small. Overall decor is quite low budget. We had stayed in the lower floor unit last year, and from the website and photos, and price, thought we had booked the larger, lower floor unit, as the photos showed. The owners switched us to much smaller top floor unit that was half the size, poorly decorated, noisy from the street, and way overpriced.

  : The apartment was spacious and the location was great.
  : In none of the bathrooms, there was soap; in the kitchen, there was no cutting board, coffee, salt, pepper, or sugar - we had to buy everything ourselves. Considering the high price of the apartment, the owner investing additional 30-50 EUR in such basic things wouldn't have been a problem, and it would have been an improvement for the guests. Furthermore, in previous apartments of similar standards and prices that I rented, there was always one free cleaning during the stay - this was not the case here. The drawbacks also included street noise and the fact that it was a third-floor apartment with no elevator.

  : Rue Charlot is on a cute little street with everything at your fingertips. The apartment is very nice and extremely functional with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a large window opening to the street. dining room table, and kitchen.
  : The bathrooms do not have a lot of ventilation.
