  : Incredible location, so safe, and close to the famous patisserie Philippe Conticini. So Spacious. Did we mention the awesome location?The beds were so comfortable.Clear communication with host.Definitely coming back here in the future.
  : Minor things: no paper towels in kitchen, hallway bathroom heater wouldn't turn off.

  : Its a fantastic property. At first we thought it wasA quiet area as its right near all these government buildings. However, we discovered all these great places and it was really fantastic location - easy to walk to many of the sites. The apartment itself was comfortable and a great place for our family of 4. The staff was responsive and the place was clean and Comfortable. Definitely, a great find in Paris!
  : The area of Paris is convenient and fantastic. It is the more expensive part of town so the restaurants are more pricey than other areas. However, I would stay there again.

  : Lovely spacious apartment in an excellent location. Building was quite noisy at times but probably to be expected in a central location. Would definitely stay here again.

  : The location was perfect. The apt was clean and very spacious. It was well equipped and everything we tried worked. Overall, the apt worked well for us.
  : We did not get the door code until 45 mins after the checkin time so had to sit in the cafe downstairs with our luggage. I talked to a representative at 3:00pm who said he would send the codes but we waited and finally called again and reached someone else and got the codes. Not that smooth. Also, the perfume in the apt is WAY too strong - tell the cleaners to lighten up on the perfume smell they are spraying.

  : Easy walking distance to a couple of metro stops and some sights. Very safe area. There were 4 of us and it felt very roomy. Best shower Ive ever had in Europe.
  : It was fine for us but if you like to cook while on holiday, the kitchen is very small. Even by European standards. There was some communication issues with the rental company. I received an email 2 days before leaving that they didnt have anyone in the apartment the night before so we could check in early at 1pm. 1pm comes and goes with no codes communicated to us, even after a couple emails from me while in our taxi from the airport. Once we arrived, I finally called and was told that check-in was at 3pm and wed have to wait. I tried to explain the email I received but I think the language barrier was an issue (understandable). They werent overly polite and Im sure I sounded frustrated. About 20 minutes later I got the codes. I guess they looked back at the emails. Even with that, I would 100% rent this apartment again.
